- Every piece we dispatch undergoes careful preparation and secure packaging at our manufacturing unit.
- Processing Window: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date your order and payment are confirmed.
- Orders During Holidays: Orders placed during national holidays or major festival periods may experience a slight processing delay. We appreciate your patience as our team handles your items with care.
3. Our Shipping Partners & Logistics Carriers

6. Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot modify the delivery address once the package has been dispatched from our facility.
- Delivery Failures: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated missed delivery attempts, any additional costs to re-ship the item will be billed to the customer.
